Often, the most stops when starting a business is the paperwork. The fact of not knowing how well the procedures to carry out and how to cause them not to do. Specifically, the document provides for the initiation of three types of companies:

* High in obtaining Social Security and Contribution Account code, affiliate partners and high workers.
* Settlement of Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty.
* Presentation of the articles of incorporation at the Companies Registry.
* Communication to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection of databases holding personal.
* Book Internet domain, etc..
Who has not ever happened to a great business idea? Who has not regretted to see someone exploit an idea you had but did not decide to launch? Or who has time and again decided to leave his company to establish itself, but not clear what the business engage?
The idea of developing a business and create a company operating it is more common than we think. We are all to some extent we are all entrepreneurs and business ideas happen. The problem, of course, is knowing how to exploit this idea in more or less sensible, and profitable, of course.
It sometimes happens that we want to start a business but do not know very well that idea explode. We need a business idea which fills the decision already taken to create a business.
